On June 6, thousands will gather in the Twin Cities for the march — the largest anti-tar sands mobilization ever in the region. We are coming together to send a clear message: keep toxic tar sands out of America’s Heartland, fight for clean water, clean energy, and a safe climate!

Help MN350 make an impact by joining our rally on the front lawn of the State Capitol.  We could also use your help on one of the teams planning this great event! We stand together to protect our water, climate, and communities from a crude oil invasion. Our partner allies will be bussing in from throughout the Midwest to highlight the major threat to communities by the transport of oil throughout our Great Lakes Region. Hear from great leaders in the movement including 350.org’s cofounder Bill McKibben (yes, he’ll be here in person!), Kandi Mossett from the Indigenous Environmental Network, Rev. Yearwood from the Hip Hop Caucus, the Sierra Club’s executive director Michael Brune, and MN350’s Akilah Sanders-Reed. Dozens of groups are organizing buses to come to St. Paul from as far away as Kansas and Ohio.

Noon — March begins at Lambert Landing, Corner of Shepard Road and N. Sibley Street, St. Paul, MN 55102
2p.m. — Rally at State Capitol Lawn, 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, St. Paul, MN 55155
