This year’s Carleton Food Forum will include a presentation on the problems in our food system and how Carleton students are trying to address them. Featuring Dayna Burtness of Laughing Loon Farm and keynote speaker ATINA DIFFLEY, author of Minnesota Book Award winning “Turn Here Sweet Corn,” organic farming activist, and founder of Gardens of Eagan. There will be an activities fair and refreshments beginning at 5pm with speakers beginning at 5:30pm. Held in Bolio 104.
