Two exhibitions in the Perlman Teaching Museum, “Then and Now: the Changing Arctic Landscape,” and “Christina Seely, Markers of Time” both explore time, space, and climate change and feature photographs of arctic landscapes.
Celebrate the fall exhibitions with “A Century of Warming and Change in the Arctic,” a lecture by Ken Tape, ’99, curator of “Then and Now,” at 7 pm in Weitz 236, followed by an opening reception in the museum and Weitz Center Commons from 8–9:30 pm. Tape, who received a B.A. from Carleton College in Geology (1999), is on campus during fall term to teach Climate Variability and High Latitude Ecosystems (Geology 310).
