The “Just Food” summit is a tri-college event featuring guest speakers, student-led workshops, and candid discussions about food justice.

Join us on October 25th as we celebrate the first ever

“Just Food” summit : A tri-college food justice day of action

at Olin Hall, Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota

12:30-5:30pm speaker and workshops

5:45-7pm Farmer Dinner in Burton Hall

Highlights include:
Keynote speaker Constanza Ocampo-Raeder discussing the anthropology of food and culture
Workshops focused on a range of issues such as food literacy, hunger relief, and sustainable agriculture
Dinner with representatives from local farms

Events will take place at Carleton College, but we welcome participants from St. Olaf, Macalester College, and the greater Northfield Community.
